Terms

ECNET helps companies request and quote wholesale rental terms. Accepting a quote is not a confirmed rental. The supplier confirms separately.

ECNET does not escrow funds, bind insurance, or split payments. Listing a vehicle does not reserve it. A Highlight or Super Deal is a free company slot during this pilot, capped on the network. It is not a checkout and not a booking. A Super Deal is not a verified discount.

Companies, authorized brokers, and vehicle owners are responsible for the accuracy of cars they list. A broker lists a car only when ECNET has authorized that company, or when the listing is marked as an authorized representation. Duplicate physical cars can be rejected. An inquiry saved in ECNET is not a booking. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message.

The live market in this pilot is Los Angeles. Coverage outside that market is not represented as available.
